Why can't I log on to NetBank?

Firstly, please check www.commbank.com.au/update to make sure that NetBank is available.

If NetBank is available and you're still unable to log on to NetBank, it could be related to your browser or internet connection. Some common issues may be solved by completing one or more of the following:

  • Close all open browsers, then open a new browser window.
  • Log on to NetBank directly through commbank.com.au or from netbank.com.au (don't use links from your 'Favourites' or bookmarked sites).
  • Do not double click or click multiple times on the log on button.
  • Clear your browser's cache/cookies.
  • Check that the date, time and year on the computer are correct.
  • Restart your computer, then try to log on again.
