How can I activate my Keycard or Debit MasterCard

To activate your KeyCard or Debit MasterCard using:
NetBank - The easiest way to update your details
Logon to NetBank, and select the 'More' tab then select 'Manage my accounts' and follow the prompts.
Phone Banking
- Call 13 2221 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
- Press 2 for card enquiries
- Press 2 again and follow the prompts for card activation
Note: If you do not have a Telephone Banking password you will be asked for additional information so that we may identify you.
Branch
Visit any branch with sufficient identification and get your card activated. Use our branch locator tool to find your nearest branch.
